 We are not responsible for any items and packages lost during transit nor for packages marked as “Delivered” by the courier. Please check your mailbox and contact your mail courier.- Please note actual delivery time are subject to courier service and weather conditions.- We do not officially support shipping to any other country than the US just yet but plan to offer international shipping in the near future.
